on August 9th this year I ordered a single pack of potassium hydroxide from Summer Bee Meadow and paid by credit card.
On August 28th I sent an e-mail requesting information on my purchase and received no responce.

Please refer to other responses we've posted here for explanation of the problems that the "hydroxy" enthusiasts were causing us at the time and the communications that were being sent to customers..
Our records show that we sent you an email explaining the delay situation at the time and that we shipped and you received your item as ordered, albeit delayed.
