1. No contact information except an 800# on the site. No address, no returns info/policy.

2. No business license or ficticious name registered in Clark County (where Las Vegas is, where they claim to be from) Searchable here: http://www.co.clark.nv.us/business_license/index.htm and here http://sandgate.co.clark.nv.us:8498/clarkcounty/clerk/clerksearch.html Clark County was also CALLED and they have no record of a business license

3. The WHOIS information for the domain is privately registered (which costs extra) so people can't see who owns the domain. I don't even know of corporations that do this. See this here: http://www.whois.net

4. The domain was only registered in April of this year.

5. "Cassie" seems to be the only employee under "Mr. Huddleson" Cassie only posts from within Yahoo's site so her IP address can't be tracked. However, she screwed up.. and the emails from "Support" come from:

Did you notice the other day when I stated they were SMC, suddenly they were boosting the commission to 40%?

Several Paypal disputes have been filed and she responds with the SAME DHL tracking number to EACH person.......
