Sun River St George, Utah Moved there with high expectations only to find self dealing owner builder and corruption St George Utah

You know it is time to leave Sun River when;

When the majority do not care where all their HOA fees go.

When the majority do not care how the management company is run.

When the BOT does not abide by their own CC&R'S & By-Laws.

When you are criticized & told to leave for exposing the wrong doing of our leaders in Sun River.

When the BOT threatens to fine members for walking in Reflections and cell phone use.

When members are only allowed to make motions to the board once a year in a chaotic setting and then maybe only two.

When the motions at regular BOT meetings originate from Mr. Stewart.

When a member wants to see HOA-Management records to verify where fees are spent and are told you have to sue in court to see them.

When a potential board member has to sign & attend a class by Mr. Stewart.

When a board member has to commit to and not object to the board wishes.

When the entire Sun River enterprise is conducted by Mr. Stewart.

When you are berated for your service to the United States.

When the free speech of Next Door, is taken away by leads.

When Reflections board member takes my photograph, then denies and lies to the entire board that he did not.

When the BOT changes the By-laws without a vote of the members.

When Mr. Stewart over spends his authority of HOA funds without Board approval per his own agreement.

When Mr. Stewart is allowed to use his many votes for personal benefit.

When all of our elected officials do not lift a finger to look into Mr. Stewarts improprieties.

When Mr. Stewart uses tax payers men and equipment for personal gain.

When Mr. Stewart spends money & legal power to threaten members for exposing his improprieties & writing the truth.

When Sun River on the outside is beautiful like a Mosque, but you don't want to know what goes on in the inside.

When the majority of members blindly believe what Sun River authorities tell them without insisting on facts.

When members are treated like kindergartners by management.

When the wife of BOT president and others do not know the annual budget originates from Mr. Stewart.

When by-laws written by Mr. Stewart only allow his management company to be fired by a near impossible membership vote.

When management holds open an election to get their desired results.

When one of the Next Door leads is known to be totally untruthful.

When the BOT changes the definition of Capital Improvements.

When the BOT has an entire election to make Reflections its own neighborhood because they lied about who finances it.

When new buyers are not informed of past problems which are still relevant today.

When the manager and other members call you a cancer to Sun River, because you expose the truth about the dealings in Sun River.

When the board is afraid to challenge Mr. Stewart who is totally responsible for the defective Rockery Walls, that will cost many thousands to repair.

When Mr. Stewart uses Mainscape paid for by HOA fees to maintain his personal business  property.

 On the surface Sun River was a beautiful place to live but beauty is only skin deep and here is the finest example of that saying. We were very happy building and moving into our new home there and there was no mention of any past problems or Mr. Stewart's clever way of gaining hundreds of votes in the past. It became a night mare when digging into the finances and hitting a wall of silence. It made it impossible to make changes that protect its members from suspicious spending. Then finding the majority do not care about the spending or how they are taken advantage of. All of the documents are written by and for Mr. Stewart and he completely controls the Board of Trustees, who should be independent of him.

 Mr. Stewart has despised my writings so much so that when I decided I could not make any changes of his policies or any HOA laws in favor of the little guy, from the Governor to St. George City Attorney, I put my home on the market. Mr. Stewart made arrangements to purchase our home at full price. The selling of our home came at a great expense as we bought with the reverse mortgage loan. But the price did not matter to be from under the control of Mr. Stewart.

To the people who have supported my writings, I thank you very much and I am sorry I could not have done more to protect you from this corrupt enterprise. I have found the status quo is so engrained in Utah, from the Governor's office, Attorney General's office, nearly 100% of all elected officials and the local City Attorney, will not lift a finger to look into the Sun River Enterprise. Without other voices of concern, it will remain the same. Mr. Stewart has a terrible reputation as to his propensity to intimidate anyone who speaks the truth about his enterprise and may expose him for what he is. I want to say here that his threating legal letters to me were only a smoke screen as he had not a legal leg to stand on as I told nothing but the truth.

To the supporters of Mr. Stewart, I am sorry for you, as you are being lead down a path that only benefits Mr. Stewart. Example; Mr. Stewart buys all Sun River home owners a hot dog and people think what a great guy he is. He is not and on top of that you will not know who really pays for it.

So the bottom line is that if you expose Mr. Darcy Stewart's corrupt dealings and become a threat to his enterprise so the authorities will look into his dealings, he will buy your house at full price just to be rid of you.
