SUN STATE DESIGNS, INC AKA HOMEGARD AS AN EX EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY, THIS IS TRULY A CORRUPT COMPANY, THE COMP DID NOT PAY US AND MAKE US MAKE UP INCOME FOR PEOPLE TO GET THEM A LOAN FOR THE SO CALLED COATING ST. PETERSBURG Florida

As a ex employee of this company, after you make some sales for this company you WILL get fired and you might not even get paid. and as for the customer. you Will get over charged. If you have a complaint like many of my customers did you might just here these words from the so called doctor in the office. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!! then he will hang up on you.
Myself and other sales reps that was with the company was told from management to make up income for customers to make the deal happen. if you had your house done from then i would contact the bank that you was approved from and let them know about your true income and so forth.
This company has and will lie everytime that you talk with them. being in the sale end of this company was the worse thing i have ever done. waiting to get paid from a job 2 months later was a joke. and when you make a few sales they will fire you and tell you that you will have to wait 45days to get paid, when you do get your last check, insted of the thousands that you expecting you will be lucky to get one ar two hundred dollors.
when it comes to customers if you see on your caller id sunstate i would never answer the call. there have been many customers that have bought the life time product. and whn your home is done the work was very sloppy and looks like a very thin layer of paint. you as the customer paid top dollar for a product of 20 times thicker than paint. and got just that SW paint.
I was yelled at to lie to every customer that i talk with while on the phone for a price drop to lie to you. showcase home you get 50% off, that is a lie.
referl rebabtes of 500.00 400.00 you will never see that ether, as for the credit application. your information such as your income will be totaly differnt.
they have a large turn over because if you are new and in need of a job. you will not get paid what they stated you would on each sale. they will make up as many fees ect. to pay you little to nothing. and they have been getting away with this for years. bait and switch from a lifetime product to a 15 year product. this is standard with this company. they have stollen thousands from just me, and there is not too much that can be done about it. when you first get hired on to the company make sure that you do not sign anything if pages are missing. they like to add pages after you sign. 2 to 4 pages to be exact. the numbers will jump from 12 to 16.
There are good companys out there that have much better product for much less money. less problems and great service, I would never tell anyone to ever use Sun State for any reason. for work or to get there goods.
all they want is your money and they will lie to you and every reson why you will not get your mony back or to get paid. There was a cash deal that was done from one of the sales reps and the owner flu his jet over to get the cash, i wonder if that was reported to the IRS..........
There should be a law about the way that this company is ran in the state of florida.................
