Sun Valley Properties Inc Markeese Boler Crook,theif,con atrtist, surprise, Arizona

Sun Valley Property Services inc. Phoenix Az. and Markeese Boler is the biggest crook in the property preservation business. Do not fall for his scam. I have talked with many contractors in MN and the rest of the country and they will all tell you the same thing. He will make small payments to string you along,then claim he didn't get your invoice and then claim all your work was "late" I started working for Sun Valley properties on Sept.12 until Jan 15th. I have every work order that you sent me along with the completed jobs and photos with him confirming receipt of each job. All were completed on time.
He assured me Sunvalley would pay for all work completed. I called in or  text from each property and received approval on all
work. I was told by Markeese that payment could take up to 45 to 60  days. I sent invoices with every job as it was completed. Sent invoices  at the end of each week and Month.

When payment did not come, Markeese  informed me
that there was a problem with billing and he was installing a NEW  system. Then Markeese informed me he " had not received any invoiced. I  sent them time and time again. His account finally told me to send them to her and she would pay them.
When he needed more work done in my  area he finnaly sent me a check for 80.00 and promised me a " ton of  work in my area- some 27 jobs if I wanted them". This went on for months with him paying me a total of 360.00 I demanded to know what the payments were for and what invoices I was  being payed for. He only sent a check with no explanation.
He would not return Phone calls, texts or emails.

Finnaly I received a text saying he wanted me to "settle" with him for 600.00. He admitted he owed me money and sitll had not been payed for a property we did a trash out on Dec 12th. When I refused his low offer of 600.00 he counter offered 900.00 which I refused. He then stated that he would not pay anything if I did not take his offer of 900.00 I have all the Texts. You also wanted me to "sign off" on this low offer.

I believe he never had any intention of paying any of these invoice, he has contractors do the work until they will no longer work for him and then low ball them with a small offer. I have all the emails, work orders,completion orders and texts .
I completed the work, put out 100s of work hrs, gas, dump fees equipment  and wages.  He owes me over 2700.00- if he did not owe this money, why would he try and settle for 900.00 He says if I do not take his low ball offer of 900.00 then he will not pay anything. He laughs and says I have no proof.
Please do not work for this guy, he will do the same thing to you.
