I invite Michael Hanna to dispute this fact.

Not that anyone should need proof of this man's criminal activities, there is much documented about it both here and all over the internet.  However, I do wish to offer my conclusive proof of the sort of thing this company will do to rip-off a customer.

My purchase ordeal was ultimately escalated to the credit card companies to settle and is still in disputenearly three-months after my purchase.  A major part of the dispute was a package he sent, after I specifically advised him not to.  UPS documentation indicates that the package was left at my front door.  I was out of town at the time and when I returned, there was no package at the door.  

However, among the documentation that Hanna provided to my bank in making his case was a fabricated UPS receipt that indicated that I had personally signed for the package.  The proof of delivery documentation that remains on the UPS website is quite contrary to the one that he "created" for mediation with the bank on the dispute.  

His fraudulent UPS receipt is now in review by the bank and their fraud department, but the fact is clear to me, and likely to others, that Michael Hanna will commit a criminal act-in a minutein order to gouge customers for his unquestionably sub-par products.
