Sunrise Premiums, aka Passport to Travel, markets free air line tickets when in reality they cost $52.50 per ticket with many restrictions such as blackout dates which consist of 7 days prior and after a federal holiday, 90 day advance purchase notice etc....
The process is multi-step. First send in $4.95 with the validation form, which I did and they never received it. I called their corp office and spoke to Steve Kessler who resent me another validation form. I filled it out and sent another $4.95 and mailed it certified this time, they received the form and cashed the check, but I come to find out that Steve sent me a wrong form and I would need to fill out another validation form, meanwhile I am trying fly May3 2012.
The original form was mailed in October and it is now Jan 31st and I am know closer to getting my package that has the instructions for the free flight. This company uses the "free" word to sell their programs to their clients but is 100% deceptive in their marketing.
Another person, Dave, phone number 212-472-3220, called me back and said if it was human error they are sorry but there is nothing they can do and any travel plans would have to be set back 90 days.
If you get any thing from this company as a free gift, remember, it is not "free" they are totally incompetent and not at all customer friendly.

Sunrise Premiums has been great for my company

I just came upon this on Google and want to say that I had a great experience with Sunrise Premiums. My company has been doing business with Sunrise Premiums and I have always found their staff to be professional. I've never had a problem with any of their certificates or misleading us in any way. I am sure mistakes can happen but they are not a rip off. Their certificates work as advertised and while you do have to book travel in advance and can't travel on peak holidays it is a small inconvenience considering my customers get to go on a cruise for less than the cost of a dinner and a movie.
The terms and conditions are clearly stated on each travel certificate so it is unlikely Sunrise Premiums can lie about the terms. Maybe the person reporting this report never read the terms which are printed on a full page and very obvious.
