I contracted this Company to add on a 16' x 20' deck, and a Temo Sunroom to my home in January of 2006.
They seemed like a reputable Company since they were showing thier services inside a Local Sam's Club where I belong and trust.

The demolition began in March 2006 to remove an old deck and extend the joists for the new size. That work took almost 8 weeks. The Sunroom erection began late April and was "finished" in early August 2006.

The Room is comprized of extruded aluminum beams and foam core aluminum sheet sandwiched roof and side panels with curved glass windows on the roof edge and sliding glass window panels on the walls.

The seams where the roof meets the side support wall leak profusely every time it rains. The Co have sent repair people out to "fix" the leaks 4 times. The Job Forman has promised me to have the room section that leaks to be dissassembled to determine the problem.

They have uet to show up when scheduled and they do not return phone calls. The water leaks are serious enough to saturate the rugs in the room and likely destroying the plywood sub floor. I believe that mould will be next since the adjacent flooring area is not able to dry out.

This room was not cheap! At $55,000 it should be Perfect and worry free!

I am in the process of retaining Legal Council due to the lack of progress and poor construction.

DO NOT USE these Guys. You will have lots of aggravation and frustration.
