Sunrooms and More American Home Design Rip-Off, Cheap, Dishonest Lexington, Kentucky

I signed a contract with them on 09/07/2008 tried to get out of the contract within the 3 days they told us we had, but turns out they covered themselves on the contract by saying it had to be in writting. They were gonna charge us I forget how many thousand dollars whether they built it or not so we took it, even though we dicided they were charging way more than it was worth. they put it in. the door didn't match even though the salesman said everything would match. they painted it, it pealed, they painted it again it pealed, The manager said they used the wrong paint he painted it again it pealed. This is suppost to be a no maintance sunroom. I am currently waiting for another paint job. Because I pitched such a fuss the wrote me a five year warranty on the paint job. The holes for the lock plates were cut wrong so they just recut them and the old holes were left. but they ended up after coming out a few times replacing the door and the facing because it wouldn't close or lock correctly. it also leaks under the door, above some of the windows, from the roof. There was some rubber coming out of the runners where you run your electric (We say is insulation the company put in) they just cut it off with there knife said it was just packing the company used when shipping. It is certantly All Weather!!!! They have came out a dozen times sometimes one person, sometimes 3 or 4 at a time there always getting it fixed correctly this time but everyone just adds caulk. One time I called the Manufacture who said they would contact sunrooms and more and see what was going on. He came, said it was improperly installed on one wall, promised to let Sunrooms and More know what the problem was and send me my paperwork. That was the last I heard from him until I called them several months later. The manufacture guy9i am not sure who he works for) and about three guys from Sun Rooms and More came back out and in the meantime I had filed a report with BBB. They were confident they fixed it(again more caulk). Leaked again around windows, under door. This is 02/04/2012 still waiting for my sunroom to be fixed. Leaking from roof, top of window, and under door, paint pealing on door. How are these people still in business. This is the cheapest sunroom ever built.
