I am trying to find out how issues with Sunset Lagoon were resolved. I am having the same problems and before I post a long description of all my events (in which i am prepared to do) I would like to know how any of the prior dealings were handled. I am requesting my contract be cancelled and after 7 months we are at a point that have lawyers involved in the U.S. and Mexico as of today. I am going to post our issues with exact emails and quotes from the company, but before I type a lengthy response I would like any suggestions on how some of you handled this situation. We have contacted Profeco as well. I would like to sign a questbook with the lady from Ontario Canada to show how our problems are being addressed.

Member post their complain at rip off before comment or inform their concerns to the resort, filed a Complain at PROFECO, and the company complied with all the process with them. PROFECO closed this file with the corresponding cancellation policy stipulated in contract.
