Is John Thomas McKeon falsely pretending to be the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunset Point Inc? This is the title he uses in his emails yet suspiciously his name doesnt appear anywhere on the official Panama Company Register - www.registro-publico.gob.pa

There seems to be considerable evidence that John McKeon was not actually appointed in any legal or correct manner and therefore cannot appear in the official register. If so he is guilty of misrepresentation.

Perhaps more interesting is just how well qualified John Thomas McKeon is to be CEO of a large development project? What was his last job? He was an assistant for liposuction treatments in a beauty spa in the Downtown at the Gradens shopping mall in Delray Beach, Florida!!!

Now dont get the impression that this was some giant luxurious spa complex. No this was just a small commercial unit in a neglected shopping mall with two smelly, bug-infested garbage containers near its door. Obviously they didnt have much of a grasp of finances there either, they had to farm out their bookkeeping to Rent-A-Bookkeeper! Does this sound like the perfect training ground for the future CEO of a failing property development in Central America to you?

Anyone who knows what an almighty c**k-up hes making of running Sunset Point probably wont be surprised to hear that under John McKeons stewardship the spa was a disaster too. How much of a disaster? Well John McKeons own words from June 2009 were Were in dire straights! You might not be surprised to hear that the spa has now closed down. Good job John.

Thats not all though. In a desperate attempt to get the spa out the rental contract it had signed, (failing to honour a contract does that sound familiar to any Sunset Point investors out there?), he started a lawsuit against the owners of the shopping mall. So if youve bought a lot at Sunset Point Bocas and youre not happy then why not follow Johns own example and start legal action?

Hes no stranger to giving himself great titles though; at the spa he called himself the Operations Chief. My guess is that this was some sort of insider joke to do with him being the assistant for the liposuction operations?

With John Thomas McKeon as CEO of Sunset Point Bocas then God help all of us who invested there!
