I bought  what I thought to be a good deal on some Windows ..boy was I wrong. I ordered single hung Windows and they installed double hung Windows. They told me it's an upgrade. One window was installed broken and was not secured so my ,3 yr old ended up cutting his hand on the glass. Two other Windows had missing parts and one window seal was falling off the window and another one had a hand imprint in the window glass. It gets better! One of the Windows was installed broken and a few days later I get a window that completely fell out of the case. It was in my toddlers room, landed where he played and..it gets better..it was winter time so my house was freezing. It was 30 degrees out side and I couldn't get the window back in because..it was broken. The company took 3.days to get back with me and they thought it was funny. My house was 40 degrees for 3 days and I was using my fire place and stove to keep the living room and kitchen warm while we slept by the fireplace. I finally screwed the window in to were it wouldn't fall out, still has a draft and when it rains water pours in..yeah I can't use my window or it will fall out. They also sent in a random signature to wells Fargo to get their money since I took a home improvement loan out. And the idiots at wells Fargo release the money to them. So they are paid, I'm stuck with s***** Windows and owe the idiots money for Windows I didn't order that are trash!
