Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

be careful of the "binding estimate" they emaled me one balace that i agreed to and paid 50% and 50% was supposed to be paid at delivery, driver picked up furniture and wrote 3x more than the actual 50% remaining balance as to be paid at delivery and drove off with the stuff

company never returned calls when i finally got in touch with one of them he said i must pay $600 if i want the suff dropped off at pick up station very aggressive very rude with a strong russian accent

he got upset when i asked for his name and hang up the phone.

at they kept my stuff for 28days and finally sent me an email to have the remaining balance, which was now even more than what the driver wrote on the paper, ready in cash or post office money order

very small company with a lot of scam

i was over charged over $1000 than the agreed moving balance

charged extra fuel even though it was supposed to be included in quote

charged $75 for "extra/split pickup or delivery" which was also a lie

Thank you so much for your time, writing about your experience with us. Your opinion is valuable for us. It does help us improve the quality of our service.

Regarding your review. Unfortunately, we do not have the name of the person, for whom we provided service. Because of that it is not easy to find out which customer you exactly are out of the hundreds we have every month, so we can not analyze the specific case that happened to you.

From other side, I am wondering how come we collect 50% as deposit ( that is what I understand from your words), whereas we require 10% as deposit in order to reserve your moving date and lock in your rate. Unless customers are showing a willingness to pay any more than 10%.

As well, information of the last three months doesn't show that we have had any customers with the difference of estimate of what was provided in the beginning of conversation with clients and the actual total moving cost. You mentioned that you paid three times more then what was estimated.

Every single case regarding increasing amounts within the moving cost is under special control from our side. Our company is always up to date with cases like that.

The information that you listed in the review gives us the right to think that we are not that company who provided the service for you. Simultaneously, if you are willing to provide more information regarding your relocation, such as customer information or/and a reference number, it will help us to figure out what exactly happened, if it took place.
