sunstar pools Don painted our pool and a month later it was peeling, never replaced jets- we have a five year warrenty Internet

don is the owner of sunstar pools, he is the one that did the work and took a month longer than  the week we were quoted and also did a terrible job. we signed a contract for the pool to be painted and jets replaced with a five yr warrenty.
 The day they started the job Don had informed us he needs all the money up front, so we stupidly paid him. Then a couple days later told us he needed more money to fix a crack in the step, so we paid. They masked everything off with duck tape! He reassured us that it wouldn't mess anything up but after keeping it on for a month in the middle of summer resin was stuck on all of our tiles, which we were stuck removing. Within a month the paint bubbled up and is now chipping. They are the messiest people, we're stuck with blue paint all over the outside of the pool and on our gate from their feet and hands! 
 Also, replacement jets and chemicals were supposed  to be added to the pool when the the job was done but they never came back and we've been trying to get in touch with them for the past seven months and now the number is changed.
 I'm a first time home owner and really learned the hard way. It was a costly mistake! Don't ever trust a company the only puts down woodlands pkwy as their physical address and never pay all up front!
