First of all this is the worst POSSIBLE moving company EVER!!!!

They originally told us that the movers would be there to get the stuff Sep 3-5. So we stopped working at our jobs and made sure we had everything downstairs boxed up and ready. Well Sep 3 rolls around and we still have yet to get a phone call letting us know the actual date, so we call. They then informed us that it wouldn't be until the 6th because one of there "trucks" broke down and that they would call us with a time. So again....we wait. The 5th rolls around and we get no phone call about the time so we call. After being on hold for the longest time they finally get on and tell us oh well it won't be until the 7th now! First of all they are horrible with communicating. They do NOT contact you at all you have to call them for everything. They quoted us 1300 for our move and after they put everything onto the truck they come up to us and say that we went over "extra space" and was charging us $2500!!!!! ( might I add WITHOUT WARNING US). So we had no choice but to pay it. Not to add we had to drive both of our vehicles to Colorado from Florida. So we could of packed a whole lot more in our vehicles if we would have known this before hand. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It has now been THREE WEEKS since they picked up our stuff from Panama City, FL and as of the phone call today (of which I called them) it is still in storage in ATLANTA!  all this week we have called and we keep getting different dates on when it is going to be sent to us! Not only that we signed a form stating we didn't want any of our stuff in storage and that is exactly where it has been for three weeks now!!! And all they ever have to say is "I'm Sorry" NOTHING ELSE!!! We are sleeping on an air mattress and have one suitcase each of clothes! WE HAVE NOTHING WITH US! and they could care LESS about CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The reviews I have read on this place have stated that once you get your stuff that it is broken and missing. I DO NOT want this to happen to me.
