Super Green Coffee Super Green Tea is Fraud Santa Ana California

Super Green Tea was giving away samples $4.95 x 2  shipping & they sent two bottles (1) green tea (1) Garcinia So they charge $4.95 twice and 13 days later the charged $79.53 for nothing. We got one incoice & cancelled same day Garcenia arrived. Green Tea had no invoice so we assumed $4.95 took care of it. The bank notified us of the $79.53 charge as it looked fraudlent. We have spent two weeks trying to get this charge removed. They have a location in Plano TX that ships the green tea another shipped from Deerfield Beach, FL. Returns are in Santa Ana, CA. The CSR named Ray #ID 4419 was very rude to my husband. I called him & he gave a different ID # 4449. He said it is company policy that customers can not talk to a manager. He would not tell me his address. He claimed to be in New York. At first he offered 25% refund. Then he offered 50% refund. I told him I am reporting the company to BBB and the Attorney General. Which I will have to contact 4 states. Ray said if I would mail product to CA. address @ my expense he would credit the $79.53. This kid kept reading to me & would not let me talk. When I got to speak he put me on hold until I was finished. He hung up on me after I ask him to have a manager call me. Please do not do business with these people. Big headache to solve issues with them. Product does not work.
