Not only will they give you a phone number that does not work when you order it and activate it, but they also have horrible customer service.

They didn't respond to the many emails I sent and when I called customer service twice to get my number fixed,

they still failed to to do by telling me they will call me back and of course they never did.

Then I called two more time to speak with a manager and once again they said the manager is busy and they will call me back and of course they never did.

So finally I called a fifth time and cancelled my account. I won't get my money back but at least they won't be charging my card anymore.

DO NOT USE VIRTUALPHONELINE.COM IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING A NEW PHONE NUMBER!
