This company, Superedresses.com or Superkleider.com say they a company with a great reputation for customer service.
Their website boasts testimonials of satisfied customers. You dont seem able to post a bad review.
When they are selling , they are quick to respond and very helpful. Then when you pay your money for goods and services - they keep you waiting ages. They send goods late, they dont tell you they are late, you have to chase them.
When you challenge anything they ignore you. They dont respond. They arle unhelpful , they dont do what they say they will.
Be wary of this company. They sent me something i didnt want. There was some confusion on both sides - but they just refuse to even talk or negotiate.
I have tried being nice, i have tried being firm. But they ignore you.
I will never buy anything from them again - their service stinks, They are unfair once they have your money

For the last month I have sent several emails to this company trying to order what I want. I have not received 1 email back from them as of yet. The phone number that is listed is Tel. 0049 - 7130-5081010 and its always a fax number. The only other number I could find on the website is 0049-7191-302904. The second one says the number is no longer in use but its still 1 number too short to the 1st 1. Please try to be safe if you order from here.

I have dealt with SD (Superdresses.com) in Germany for many years and have placed over 15 orders with them over the past 5 years. In all cases I have received excellent service and the merchandise was delivered just as promised. I have not had the experience indicted in the previous post. In my communications with SD I have always been treated courteously with a timely response. They custom make the clothing and thus delivery is not instantaneous. However the items have always arrived in time as promised and the quality of the clothing has been excellent.
My experience with this supplier has always been positive.
