David J Wescott, Matias Barns and Lisa Wilson have perptrated and or helped perptrate many shady practices with full knowledge and approval of David J Wescott. These include such things as each of the above named people being convicted of criminal behavior including the company owner/operator David J Wescott. Mr. Wescott was convicted of burglerizing a home in May of 2001. Mr David J Wescott has flasely reported his earnings in order to evade paying taxes while using company funds for personal purchases.
David J Wescott has entered into contracts with companies knowingly prior to is signing he would breach said contract. A large Maintenance company is suing David J Wescott for said breach.
Mr. David J Wescott owes hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid dollars to contractors acting in good faith and performing great work will never see.
Matias Barns and Lisa Wilson have covered and assisted David J Wescott is perpitrating tax freud and failing to notify the authorities year after year while knowing in great detail that Mr. David J Wescott purposefully and knowingly underpays himself to save from paying more income tax while using company funds for his personal use and purchases.
David J Wescott hides behind multiple LLC's and the names of other people to hide his crimianl background.
Doing business with Mr. David J Wescott is a major risk, if you are a reputable company needing maintenance services or the contrators who'd be doing the work.
As a reputable company you will have your invoices falsefied with services and hours that never occured. This practice is a daily occurance, is directed by David J Wescott and perpitrated by Matias Barns and Lisa Wilson.
The company Lawyer Mr. Brian Carmichael has intimate knowlege of Mr. David J Wescotts shady and illegal business practices but also fails to report this illegal behavior to the authorities.
Mr. David J Wescott has major anger issues and fires employees and contractors on a whim or if in bad mood.
I would steer far clear of any business for any reson with SMS , David J Wescott the criminal, Matias Barns and or Lisa Wilson.

It is never something we want to do. Sometimes these employees are disgruntled. Sometimes they say things to try and damage SMS. This is unfortunate, SMS only wishes the best for its employees, ex-employees, and contractor partners. SMS runs an ethical, legitimate facility service company. We believe in treating people right and we believe in raising the bar in our industry. Sometime errors are made, when errors are made, we strive to correct them as quickly as possible. Like in every business, sometimes things go wrong, when they do you can count on SMS to work to correct the situation immediately.
SMS has no current pending litigation with its contractor base, SMS has its financial department audited on a monthly basis to ensure its accuracy for AR, AP and accounting. SMS believes in paying its partners on time and as quickly as possible. We would be happy to provide references from our current contractor base that would attest to our prompt payment and early pay schedule and diligence. SMS believes and knows that its vendors are the backbone of its company. SMS operates with the Values: GOD, FAMILY, then BUESINESS.
