I purchaced a side by side from this company and it broke right away. The frame busted the first time I rode and I contacted them and they did send me a new peice. They wouldnt fix it them selves i had to do the repairs. Then i called them back because i noticed when i took it apart to fix it that there was another broken part and they said my warranty was up and that they will not fix it or send me other parts. I contacted them several times getting no were and no i am tire of this. I payed $6,999 for a machine that i cant even use and they wont back up their products. All I want is my machine to run and get the help i need when purchasing a machine.

 Sorry but YOU make it sound like they sent you a single part and THEN wouldnt send you anything else due to the warrenty being expired. Sorry to say this but there IS a point where YOU have to take the responsibility of YOUR item. If your warrenty has expired then it is ALL your responsibility!! YOU can say whatever you like but it really boils down to two issues. The first is the self entitlment that ALL Americans have. This self entitlment is a dangerous thing to have. It blinds you. YOU make assumptions like "Standing behind thier product" and its ALL you will focus on. Even if by Law THEY have ZERO culpability due to your warrenty being expired, YOU will STILL latch onto that phrase and make it a matter of "principle". The second is the very basic lack of maturity. The first one is easy to fix, STOP ASSUMING!!! The second is less easy to fix. We get it, YOU have an issue and an expired warrenty. THAT IS NOT THIER FAULT!!!! THEY sold YOU a vehicle and it was during YOUR use of said vehicle that damages occured. So they send you a part and YOU fix it. THEN you make it sound like YOU called right back and they wouldnt do ANYTHING for you. Im betting a goodly period of time had actually passed between the two incidents. With your warrenty expired THEY ARE UNDER ZERO OBLIGATION TO HELP YOU!!!!! Too bad, so sad, its YOUR PROBLEM and by making THIS post all YOU have done is smear an innocent company because THEY wont fix your problem for FREE!!!! Which is what YOU WANT!!!! LIFE DOESNT WORK THAT WAY!!! YOU CLAIM its thier problem but the LAW says otherwise. THEY owe YOU nothing!! YOU have NOT been ripped off by THEM!! YOU are trying to SCAM THEM into fixing YOUR problem and when they DO NOT DO IT you go online and try and BULLY THEM into giving YOU your way. Sounds to me like YOU need to be arrested for the FRAUD you are trying to commit. YOU should also be punished for writing defamation in commision of a crime as well. Lets HOPE for YOUR SAKE that they just let this go or YOU could be facing a SERIOUS COURT CASE!!!
