I want to discourage anyone thinking about doing business with Superior Telemarketing. Believe what you have read about them on this site. My experience is very similar to the other post. I was over sold on possible results and was extremely unsatisfied. I paid $560.00 for 40 hours and recieved 10 free hours for a first time user. Out of those 50 hours they produced 1 appointment for me. Carisa argues with me that they produced more leads, but the fact is only 1 lead they generated fit the criteria of what would be considered a lead that we went over before my campaign even began. I know there are other companies out there that are more expensive then Superior Telemarketing (ST), but believe me when I use the old saying "you get what you pay for". I suugest to use a company that charges per lead, not one that charges per hour. There is no real committment that is on their part, if they generate leads great, if not, nothing lost on their part. Sure they say they will refund you if they do not produce any leads, but take my campaign for an example, they generated one lead towards the end of my hours, so I pretty much paid $560 for an appointment. Superior Telemarketing is a company who's ways are going to catch up with them sooner or later, once they ripoff enough people. I dont even want to get started about the Owner Carisa. I'll just say she is unprofessional to say the most about her. I wasn't going to post anything about them, I thought they would do the right thing and offer me some type of refund for their poor work, but nothing on their part was done, so i will do all I can do to stop anyone else from wasting their hard earned money using this terrible company. So please take the advice on this web site about them and do not do business with them, your money is better spent elsewhere. Thank you and I hope this helps you out.
