SUPERSTAR JEWLERS OWNER IS A DEADBEAT DAD. HE HAS 2 CHILDREN IN NEW YORK AND RESIDES IN NORFOLK VIRGINIA. MR. BLACK WAS TOLD BY JUV. COURT TO PAY 300.00 MONTHLY. Mr. Black currently owes 6,350.00 in back pay and states he can't afford to pay the monyhly 300.00 He parties all of the time, travel and drives a Navigator 2000 white.
