In October of 2010, I purchased an adjustable airbed from this company. They specified that for the price of $4475, they would send and setup a king size bed consisting of two long twin beds and dual air mattresses complete with two sets of bedding (sheets and pillowcases). The air pump was supposed to be an ultra quiet model suitable for a two person bed.

I have never received the extra bedding. I received a very loud air pump guaranteed to wake up one's bed partner.

When I called the company, a man named Frank said that everything would be taken care of. Four months later, he has done nothing. In fact he does not respond to phone calls or e-mails.

I contacted the air mattress manufacturer, Innomax. I was told by that company that they sold an ultra quiet pump; however, it cost $200 more than the pump that they had. Innomax agreed to take my pump back in exchange for the quiet model for the cost differential of $200 plus shipping both ways. I agreed to their terms and received the new pump.

In my case, Supreme Comfort cheated me out of the extra bedding specified in the contract and the comany substituted an inferior pump unsuitable for a two person bed in place of the ultra quiet pump specified in the contract.  In fact, the man named Frank told me at the time of the sale that the bed actuators and pump would be whisper quiet.

Frank offered a discount for payment by check in lieu of a credit card. I susoect that he intended to defraud me from the start, and he did not want a credit company to hold payment based on a complaint.

In my opinion, this company's actions are egregious enough to warrant criminal prosecution by the appropriate authorities.

I advise any prospective buyers to avoid Supreme Comfort.
