Premiera Anti Aging Cream was advertised as free...pay only for shipping. I usually don't order these kinds of things, but after looking it up on the Internet and finding no complaints, I figured I had nothing to lose. I ordered it and the first sign that this was a rip-off was when I was charge twice for shipping. The advertisement stated the user would see results in 5 days. I saw absolutely NO results after using it for 7 days. On the seventh day, there was an $89+ charge to my credit card, which the fraud department of my bank called to verify. They referred to the charge as a SUBSCRIPTION and I asked if that meant there would be a recurring charge. They advised that mean there would be an annual charge and gave me the customer service number to call. When I called the number I got a woman who barely spoke English. She told me that I had failed to read the fine print in the terms and conditions which stated that it was free for a 15 day trial period. I told her I had been using the product for only 7 days and she said, "We mailed it on time...it is the fault of the post office." She said she would stop the "subscription," but refused to refund the $89+ charge and never even explained why I was double charged for shipping. So I am out the $89+ charge for the product and $9.96 shipping and all I have to show for it is this worthless cream. Furthermore, I only have this woman's word for it that the product was mailed "on time," and how is the consumer supposed to know when the package is mailed so that they can begin the 15 day countdown??? THIS PRODUCT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!!

I am in full agreement with all of the above, this company is a total scam! I was charged a shipping charge of $4.99 once. Then the charge for the subscription for 89.99 was charged to my account before the two weeks was finished! In addition, when I received the cream in the mail it was not even safety sealed and was leaking slightly from under the lid!
