The BBB of Atlanta is even on their corrupt unethical business practices. I had septic back up on 03/12/2021. Water was coming up through my bathtub and sinks and carpet in my hall way all the way to my living room was soaked and flooded. I called roto rooter they are the ones who recommended and contacted surclean for me.
It was Jacob's manager who caused the issue. Jacob said they would pack my contents and move them. It's always these managers of places who ruin everything because of their power trip. Then they threaten my insurance to put a lien on my property if they don't get paid. Superclean lied to the BBB that they dismissed themselves. When I was the old who told Jacob, the manager, to come and get their fans.
It's just not right they promise to do these things. Then don't do them. Then they make a fuss when a customer they wronged and abuse exposes them.

The BBB turns a blind eye. Roto rooter recommended this bad company but we did not know at the time. Because we were in a dire emergency. Which further caused us to be in a mess with our home not being fixed or restored. It was the manager at surclean who is the problem. He said they wouldn't help pack or move my contents.
