suresellauto.com Automated call to DNC number; phone number harvesting from eBay auctions Las Vegas, Nevada

I recently placed a car for sale on eBay, and posted a phone number in the ad for prospective buyers.

Suresellauto.com is harvesting these phone numbers. They will call you using an auto-dialer, and force you to listen to a recording. If you then press 1 to consent to "learn more about their services", it puts you on hold while trying to contact a live person.

Their "service" sounds fishy at best. Their harvesting technique is collecting data without consent and for marketing purposes. Since the number I posted is a cellular telephone, and since it is on the do-not-call list, they are also in violation of both Florida state law and federal law. I will be reporting them to the FCC (donotcall.gov) and the Florida attorney general accordingly.

Needless to say, I don't plan to do business with them, and would advice others not to as well.
