SurfEasy Vpn indicate me that I appear to be in the United States, but yahoo indicated that I sign in from Canada with a Windows Nt. I have windows 10 Lenovo Yoga laptop.
My Queue position on the chat was 1 , and I was told to leave a message and they will get back to me because all their agents where busy. They where using "zendesk".

Immediately I uninstall surfEasyVpn, because of the untrust of this situation and the previous ripoff report. I should have seen ripoff report first, but I trusted first because it was advise by Lenovo  Vantage "Health and Support" .
