On or about March 07, 2009 I found this company I beleive on Craigslist, Houston, TX, originally as a "Mystery Shopper" advertisement. I ordered what what explained to me was a SURVEY LINK the 'list' was an internet franchise business in which I was not interested! I signed up, I paid & sent them an email on March 09, 2009 and asked them "now what?" I got an instruction from what appeared to be an automated service telling me to provide them with confirmation numbers, order numbers, my name, amount of charge, etc., & that once I found a business I wanted to promote to do steps, etc., etc., etc., NOTE: I lost my son a year earlier on 2-14-08 so the 1yr. anniversary had just passed, so it was a few days before I looked into what this was about (March 27, 2009). I promptly sent them an email stating, "I was under the impression I was purchasing an online survey link & not an internet franchise, or selling business. I feel I was "dupped" & have no interest in this product or this company. If you cannot provide satisfaction, I will go to my bank!" Then I called them on each number I had until I reached a live person to CANCEL - I cancelled, I thought. In June, 2009, I went out of state & had someone overseeing my account. In July, 2009, this company whom was CANCELLED in March, 2009 began to charge my DEBIT card, $39.95 & $19.95 per month for 7 months @ = $413.30!!!! Had my friend not made a recent deposit to my account, I would not have even looked @ it. Yes, I did not keep as close an eye as I should have on my account because I was out of touch & out of tune granted, BUT that in NO way gives people a right to STEAL from you! I am now un-employed & broke. These people OWE me the money they took after I CANCELLED back to my account & I intend to get it! I have done a lot of purchasing over the internet in my lifetime & I have NEVER had a company blatenly STEAL from me after CANCELLATION~! I am completely appaulled & shocked @ the lack of integrity of this company, its employees & its complete lack of ethics!
