Surveillent LLC Surveillent.COM The Audacity of these guys... Horrible ! St. Paul, Minnesota

These guys are unbelievable.  Rude, unprofessional, and they almost scammed me.  Fortunately my credit card company helped me out on this. 

Looks like their game goes something like this:

1.  They lured my in off the internet.  Their prices were way under everybody else's (I should have been suspicious);

2.  Website does not show any stock availability on the website.  No problem, I'll just send an email to their customer service, requesting stock availability and expected ship date;

3.  Customer Service then replies with taunting, unprofessional, offensive comments, ticking off the customer (Read below for yourself) 

4.  I check my credit card website, and it has ALREADY been charged for the entire amount of the order (as a hold).  even though nothing has shipped. 

5.  I then cancel the order (of course)

6.  They then inform me (in the same ugly fashion) that I agreed to a 25% "restocking fee" for any cancelled orders.  Yep, sure enough, there it is, buried the fine print in their "order cancellation policy"

So by ticking off customers, they make pure profit from restocking fees?   Guess that explains how they sell so cheap (if they actually do)  What a scam!! which is buried in the fine print on their website. Don't be taken by this scheme!   Beware!

We understand your urgency as well as the several thousand other customers that order from us every day with the same urgency. The biggest thing that slows us down is extra unneeded communication so let's give everyone a chance to get the job done and give them all some breathing room instead of asking them "are we there yet?" right after an order is made.
