Survey Club you are told you will get a $500 gift card to a major retail store. You pick the store, and then you have to sign up for a few offers (they said a total of 5). The pages and questions, surveys, offers, never stop. 2 hrs later, I'm not done and I don't even know what i've signed up for. I give up and lose my store card. ripoff Internet

Surveyclub.com offers a gift card worth $500 to a major retail store. I chose Target. To get it, I have to sign up for a total of 5 offers (things like sample of prilosec if I answer some questions, major credit card applications, magazines at discount rates -) I don't even remember what I signed up for - I do know I'll have to cancel many, many things unless I want my credit card debited each month.

I do know I spent over 2 hours on line answering questions and surveys, and all I got was more screens with more offers of more stuff to join or buy. If I attempted to "skip" the offers, it would not let me advance without chooseing either one or two offers per page.

When I chose something, it linked to other screens with more offers that I couldn't skip, more surveys, more personal info I gave, the website started to say "You are almost done" but I was never done. I was never done. I was delirious, but I kept thinking, I'm almost done and I just want that gift card to Target, If i Log off I'll never get it.

I logged off after 2 hours and of I'll never get it. Now I am cancelling and blocking a all kinds of emails for all kinds of things I don't want.
