Susan Danielle Rich Danielle Rich-Haney Stalking, Cyberstalking, Harassment, Conspiracy against Rights, Shoplifting Denton Texas

This complaint is a matter of public concern related to safety and community well-being. From my viewpoint Susan Danielle Rich is a very threatening and suspicious white female from Frisco, Texas and Denton, Texas areas of North Texas. Susan Danielle Rich is 5ft 7in 200 lbs with green eyes and brown hair that she sometimes dyes black.

Susan Danielle Rich was born in 1982. When I knew her she went by the name Danielle Rich. For many years Danielle has led a detestable lifestyle of criminality and moral turpitude. She has been involved in luring me into a fake friendship with psychological manipulation and false pretense so she could then harass and stalk me and then incite defamatory smear campaigns against me that caused me mental anguish.

Many times when I was interacting with her I believed that she was gaslighting me, setting me up for failure, or setting me up for entrapment. She often plays the victim and tells misleading sob stories to manipulate others into false relationships in which she then proceeds to exploit and bully in a sneaky manner. There were times when I met with her and she was loud, drunk, urinated in public, and engaged in disorderly conduct and littering.

From my viewpoint I believe she tried to lure me into her corrupt lifestyle. I have been the victim of setups, very bizarre harassment, and cyber-stalking Facebook messages from her. She has incessantly sent me degrading Facebook messages mocking very private traumatic experiences that I've survived. She has repetitively used racist words to harass me on Facebook. Over the years she has also sent me disturbing Facebook videos in which she is rambling psychotically to herself and making belligerent demands for me to respond to her. She seems to have narcissism, bizarre mood swings, no empathy, and an imperious disregard for right and wrong. 

Susan Danielle Rich confessed and bragged about previously being involved in a criminal conspiracy involving hate crimes and deprivation of rights against me. I am an ethnic minority and I feel targeted and discriminated against by her prejudicial and obsessive misconduct. Over the years she has continued to commit intermittent harassment against me which is a violation of Texas Penal Code §42.07 via Facebook. Furthermore, I believe her other intentions are to stalk which violates  Texas Penal Code Section 42.072.  The times I've met with her in the past several years she collected private information about me so as to later threaten and harass me. She has harassed me about being sexually abused and for surviving murder attempt via arson. 

Susan Danielle Rich has also confessed to me about still being involved with illegal group stalking provocation frame-up entrapment conspiracies with others in this area which violates Texas Penal Code § 15.02. Criminal Conspiracy, The Texas Hate Crimes Act Chapter 411.046 of the Texas Government Code, deprivation of rights under color of law 42 U.S. Code, Section 1983, 18 U.S. Code §â€¯242, conspiracy against rights 18 U.S. Code §â€¯241, and 18 U.S. Code §â€¯249 Hate crime acts. She claims to be involved with an illegal sting operation and has a secret government app dossier which is fraudulent that is ordering her to commit conspiratorial crimes against me. Reference to cointelpro, gang-stalking, and United States v. Cecil Price, et al. 383 U.S. 787 (1966). 

Susan Danielle Rich has bragged constantly about being a meth addict and knowing meth dealers and other criminals. She has bragged about doing other types of illegal drugs as well including pills, marijuana, and cocaine. She has confessed and bragged about exploiting government programs so she can receive money. Susan Danielle Rich has an arrest record for crimes of moral turpitude Theft Prop>= $100<$750. Susan Danielle Rich's prior booking #: 574015 by Denton Police Department. She also has an arrest at Knox County Jail Knoxville, TN 37902 for domestic violence and contempt of court. In my honest opinion she will likely continue to be a danger to me and to the public. She and other criminals that she conspires with who want to harm me should be interrogated, investigated, charged, and locked up.
