 i just want to start by saying the desk clerk was really rude and totally picked a fight from out of nowhere with me this morn,from a altercation we had that was over 72 hours ago. over 72 hours ago when it was an hour from checkout time to my knowledge because of the sign they have on display when u want to get a room there it read checkout time is 12:00 p.m.. ok she walks in my room after knocking once not giving my fiance time to put sum clothes on and asks us r we going to pay for our room.we responded yes we r why did u just walk in like that,she responds ur checkout time is 11 because ur a local,if you are from out of town then its 12.ok do i let her have that one,and 3days past my boyfriend goes to the front to go pay for today like he always do only to come back and tell me she wants me to come and pay for it because she feels like i owe here an apology if i want to keep my room.so i have to get up out my bed and pay for my room and apologize to you so i can keep my room,so that's what i do,go and apologize just to not get kicked out even if i knew she was wrong.Susan tells me after i apologize that she dont feel like i mean it,which i didnt, so shes not going to except my money for my room and to get out and when i asked to speak to the manager she says i am the manager,which she isn't she's just the deskclerk.i cant talk to anyone else so i tell her im not going anywhere til i speak with someone other than her so she calls the police on me and they have me removed just because i didnt apologize like she wanted and slammed my money in my face.i dont feel like she was right but she works there and she can treat me like that right?wrong.i need help with this situation seriously because i know whats right and whats wrong,and shes wrong.
