She made promises to pay, wrote several bad checks, always had an excuse then filed bankruptcy. I lost my share of that house and was unable to keep my other house because I counted on the money she owed me. She made my life living hell. I still don't have a home just a rental. In 2001 Susan Kim and Michael Waddington inquired about my property for sale. They promised to give me a lump sum down if I would let them live there while they were waiting for their loan to get approved. She wanted her daughter to go to the local school and it had just started.

They were very late on everything and always had excuses or wanting to change her story. She didn't give me the down payment, she wrote bad checks several times, dodged my calls and finally got approval for part of the loan.

This was my first experience of buying and selling a house after my divorce. I feel I was taken advantage of. My mistake I shouldn't have carried the contract for the rest as she filed bankruptcy and I lost that house and my other one because I counted on that other money.

Susan was a very good talker. She seemed to be quite the business woman claiming she had multiple commercial properties and a store which turned out to be her brothers. 

I hope this couple gets proscecuted for fraud and whatever else they have done and gets some jail time.
