Stay away from this stealership, they will overcharge you for high-mileage vehicles. They tack on overpriced warranties and gap insurance. They even dinged us for $40 to "join the credit union" when, in fact, the credit union knows nothing about it.
Our uncle, who had never purchased a car at a dealership, brought his car to the dealership for some service, the salesman played on his inexperience and convinced him that a better deal would be to trade in his car for another, insanely overpriced, of the same model, 2 years newer with nearly the same mileage.
When we went back to see if we could un-do the deal we were treated quite harshly. Now the poor guy is stuck for 4 years paying for a POS
Stay away from this dealership!

Assuming for the sake of discussion everything you said is 100% accurate, then the buyer would have seen this ON THE CONTRACT and he could have refused to buy the car...I mean, how obvious is it? Lucca Brazee has been dead a number of years now. Nobody but nobody held a gun to the buyer's head.
