To whom it may concern,

I arrived to Sutter Terra Linda Health Plaza approximately 12:00 noon. I had been struggling with a severe

cough,fevers,nausea,vommiting, aches, pain, and shortness of breath worsening for about six days. I thought

I could beat these cold systems. I became worried when the symptoms became worse with time and not better.

I was able to walk to Urgent care with a great deal of difficulty and asked for help from the Admissions Clerk Brenda. Brenda motioned me to sit and proceeded to enter my information in the computer. She wanted to know my Insurance provider I stated "I am private pay". Brenda allowed me to hack and cough at the desk for 15 minutes. I asked to speak to the Nurse and she rudely told me NO! She did not alert the Nurse. She told me everyone was tied up with other clients and I would be seen in order of arrival.. [continued below]....


I insisted and Brenda became aggressive with communication by being rude,unconcerned, cold, hard,demonstrated lack of empathy, zero compassion,and finally chose to ignore my requests then went on lunch break. I rang the bell for help three times without a response from anyone in the building. There were to men waiting in front of me in waiting area to be seen. Finally, the Nurse Aimee came to apologize for our wait and informed us they were "shortstaffed"and help was on the way. We waited another 30 minutes before anyone was  called back to the exam rooms. I notified Sean Zager, MD of the horrible treatment by his staff and he seemed uninterested. I called Vickie Rila RN, Urgent Care Supervisor, when I was able to address my concerns. Vickie did nothing. I received a letter June5,2013 from Brian Alexander, Sutter Health Novato Community Hospital, Assistant Administrator stating" I am sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations". This is a slap in the face of all consumers. I had no expectations, but recieved only gross neglect topped with a slice of abadonment.

Please HELP !!!
