Liar. Circumventor. Scammer. Remember: Her client is her victim! Modus operand is to get buyer to sign a contract, then in order to "save the contract" she gets buyer to put some skin in the game. Once a buyer gives her money, that game is over! Few actually sue, which is what she knows all too well. She has a criminal conviction from 2010 (dont take my word for it, for more details call criminal court records 1-612-348-2040), and a more recent Federal civil case lodged August 2, 2011 in Minnesota District Court (details are online):

If you're thinking of doing business with Suzette Jerez Neal in petroleum or any other commodity that this person may be peddling over the Internet or phone, or through one of her hapless agents, then you need to think again. Why? If you don’t want to be another one of her many victims then keep reading.
The complaint lodged with Ripffreport.com is not the typical "he said she said" type of complaint, nor is it based on any hearsay information.
We know that Suzette Neal has had many victims over the years (indeed, her clients are her victims). As we all know few victims go to court to litigate a case because of such considerations as personal embarrassment, the cost of the litigation, and the uncertainty of collecting on a judgment in favor of the plaintiff.
However, one of her victims actually did sue Suzette Neal in 2010, and the judgment was announced in January of 2013. The judgment speaks for itself (see below for details).
