They said it was free then they charged me a $1 and now they have debited my credit card without my permission and I want my money back now are I will be filing a suit.

I found their refund hotline and it is 855-421-9615.

 

I read it here and it worked for me so I am passing it on.

 

Call that nuber and they givce you a refund right away, no question asked. I know because it worked for me.
