Swan Pools They claim that the structure of the pool has a warranty, now they are backing out of the warranty. Napa California

We had our pool done by Swan Pools. We noticed that a rusting stain developed at the bottom of the pool and we immediately called them. They never responded back to us to follow up on our report, instead we had to call them all the time. Finally, Doug called me back and set up an appointment to see the stain. He never showed up, he did not even call to cancel the appointment. Thus, I have to call them again.

Finally, someone stop by my house and took pictures of the stain. He claimed that he was from Swan Pools. After a month, I have not heard from them again. Today, i called them and then all of a sudden they say they are not responsible for the stain. I have to deal with the Plaster Company. They also told me that they did not send anyone to take a look at my pool, it was the plaster company's people who looked at my pool.

I asked them if they have not checked my pool, how can they say that the stain was the Plaster Company's fault and not a structural problem, due to a rebar sticking out. DOUG AGAIN SAID IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. SO AGAIN, I ARGUED WITH THEM...HOW CAN THEY KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY POOL IF THEY HAVE NOT EVEN THE DECENCY TO STOP BY AND TAKE A LOOK AT IT, INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT.

We decided to use Swan Pools because their sales were good people, the person who supervised the construction of my pool was great. BUT INSPITE OF WHAT THEY SAY THAT THE POOL HAS A WARRANTY, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO STOP BY AND CHECK WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR POOL. THEY JUST IMMEDIATELY SAY IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM.

BEWARE DO NOT USE SWAN POOLS OF NAPA.

THEY HAVE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I asked why are they telling me now after so many months that I have to deal with the Plaster Company. I contracted my pool with them, not the Plaster Company.
