Then, you need to account for the packaging materials and the person who must be paid to pack the item in the warehouse. No - those things are not free.

My question is, why did you place an order for this item without first checking how much the shipping and handling cost was? You can't cry rip off when you authorized them to charge your credit card without first inquiring about the total cost. Had you asked beforehand, you could have then simply not placed your order, and ordered a competitors' product like the Super Mopp or Mackdaddy Mopp instead.
