Sweepstakes Advisor nothing as of yet Houston Texas

On March 13,2019_ I receive two letters confirming that i  could be chosen winner of these sweepstakes drawng. The first one was_Ten Thousandth dollars  with prize claim numbers in the right hand corner, however _I must sent 19_dollars for processing.

Second one have 12,000,000_dollars and _I must pay 5 dollar processing report serach fees.The name is: Sweepstakes Advisor with both documents detailing deadline date to pay the fees, however, both enevelopes addresses back to the same  located in Houston,Texas.  The mailing address is : Courier Station,Box 549012
