Swift Transportation RIPPED OF BY SWIFT AND MY HOME STATE DUE TO FAULT ON SWIFTS DRIVING SCHOOL Phoenix Arizona

I will start by saying i got into the trucking industry in august of 2007 the company i chose for my schooling was Swift.I Went through all of the training passed got my cdl and went to work.I left the company in december 2007 due 2 complications,but later returned in may of 2008 worked untill september 2008 and left for good.I have been looking for a job since and could not understand why i could not find one,untill 2 day when i got a letter from my home state DMV stating that my CDL was invalid due 2 the school i attended at millington TN im from missouri my state gave me no time to even try to retest i have 20 days and i have been out of work no money to rent a truck and trailer and not only im out of 4000 dollars im out of a job and possible jobs in the future at a time like this when america is struggling i cant beleive that this is happening,and no one wants to talk or tell you anything.From what i was told the federal govement shut down the school,and the state of tennesse sent letters to the state of the students that attended from 2005 to 2008 and out of all the states in america only 13 chose to make us retest and not only we have to retest they want us to pay for it thats wrong and swift is wrong for telling me that their company doesnt owe me anything.They told me i paid for what i got and that was training,but i cant understand how i paid for training that the federal goverment said was in valid.Im more than certain that there are many out there just like me e mail me at (((Redacted)))cause there is a lot more i want to say but not right now
