I left Swift on Sept 13th and out of no where on Sept 19 there was a DUI show up on my dac from March 21 of 2007, from Pa. I wasnt even in Pa. in March. I was in Oregon on the March 21st. Im now unable to get a job in the trucking industry, and I have been driving for 21 years. I filed a complaint recently with Dac. Swift didnt put anything on my Dac, as I just recieved a copy, so I feel that they are the ones that put the DUI on my report.
