SWIFT Transpotation i was taken advantage of by swift by having my cdl taken by my home state of maryland. i lost everything because of that.i need help to re4solve this matter.phoenix az swift transportation.also tenn went to swift accademy and worked for swift for 16 months.my license was taken illegaly because of thier greed. glen burnie, Maryland

went to swift accademy in august of 2007 and graduated in september of 2007 then worked for them for 16 months. i left swift in november of 2008 because i didnt make the money i was promissed.i found out in april of 2009 that i lost my CDL:S.since then i had to leave my home and was homeless for 3 months until i got my license back.i lost a car and a appartment and my life.is that fair, i dont think so. i need to know what rights i have to go after swift to get closier to this matter .no lawyer in maryland can help me thus far.is thier a lawyer in tenn that can help- me persue this matter or is this all just a loss of 2 years of my life for nothing.please help me .thanx

i found out on january the 5th,2010 that my CDL had been suspended since September 15th 2009...DMV in mississippi said that Swift in Tn was under investagion by F.B.I giving CDLs...8,000 people have lost thier CDLs that went though Swift Driving School

Because of a lot of improprieties with the way they were testing and handling the instruction, the DOT required that all their CDLs granted between certain dates had to be nullfied.
Not that anyone got a refund of they money they spent to be there, either. Still, SWIFT is a big rip-off company, to be sure.

And exactly WHAT was the reason that the licensing authority for the State stated as the REASON for revoking/suspending your CDL?
There is a reason that no lawyer seems to wish to assist you and I suspect that is the part of this tale you are not telling.
