They ordered me the wrong pool. I didn't know it until it was already installed because I had to pay for it before they would order it.
The installer installed it wrong. The installer also installed the wrong liner and bent the wall and the verticals. I asked for my money back, but they told me no.
I had to hire another pool company to prove to them that it was not level. I had to paid them to take it down and put it back up so it would be safe to swim in.
Now the paint is coming off the top rails and the company( Swimming Pools of Tupelo, MS.) won't come and look at it.
