If you put in your credit card number at this site you WILL be charged 159 bucks.
When you come here and complain Jennifer will paste some stuff saying that their theft is legal because they have had an entire team of lawyers find every loophole possible to make it legal for them to take your money.
This may be true but in court all you need is one juror to find in favor of the defenseless grandma who can barely even see the fine print, let alone understand it.
It is alleged that there are class action lawsuits going on against this company and that the feds are looking into filing criminal charges against the owner as well as the "employees" which are actually a bigger part of the scam than you may think.
If you came here to read about them before putting in your credit card info you are smarter than alot of us who took the reputable company logos on their site as a good sign of them being legit. These companys have never and will never endorse this site.
Now stay smart and dont go back and put in your info.
You will NOT get any bargain there. There is but a couple of big ticket items available and all of them will cost you much more than retail by the time you bid it up to the prices they want. You are MUCH better going with an honest auction site such as ebay.
Looking through there site all that most people will ever have a chance at is bid packs which just give you more bids to use to buy more bids.
If you're one of the really lucky ones you may get a 10.00 wal mart gift card (9.50 shipping fee to be paid by the buyer)
And if you win one of these bid packs or the .50 cent gift card you are no longer eligible to get a refund because you have now won "something"
If you call customer service they might give you a refund with enough argument but they are INCREDIBLY rude. You would think these people are digging in their own pocket and pulling out 160 bucks to give back to you. (Possibly because they are allegedly more involved in this than just hourly employees.)
Anyway they DID tell me that they were going to refund my money but it would take 10 to "however many they feel like" days for it to get done. In my experience that is generally just a line to buy time so I wont call back for ten days. I will be filing a federal regulations E form with my bank tomorrow and if you were a victim of this company I suggest doing the same even if they say they will refund it at some point in the not so near future.

Whatever you do steer clear of this website.

Spoke with my bank

AUTHOR: Kavey - (United States of America)

It would appear this is pretty widespread. The lady at the bank that handles chargebacks and such says she deals with this company ALOT. And this isnt a big bank.. its a small credit union with 4 or 5 local branches. Thats enough for me to not trust anything from this company. Either way my money is back in my account and all future charges from this company are blocked. If you have had any issue with them I suggest making sure that they cannot bill you in the future either.
