On October 14, I ordered over $500 of great looking terra cotta switchplates at switchplatesinstone.com. They charged my card on the 15th & all items were supposedly in stock & shipping the next business day.

It has been over 3 weeks, and I have no product yet. I have sent 2 emails & received no reply. I have used their online customer service contact form twice, no reply. I wish I had noticed at the time I was purchasing that they do not list a phone number for contact. That's a red flag!

I hope the owner can straighten this out & ship my items immediately, or at the very least reply to my very polite inquiries.

I don't know if this post was the impetus, but this morning I received an email from the company informing me my order has shipped. It would have been nice to receive some tracking info, even the shipping company. But alas...

At least it appears my issue has been resolved. If the products look as good as they do on the site, I may have to try my luck with this company again. Stay tuned!
