The add on TV and on their web site was "Buy one, get one free just pay additional p&h."  The costof the first unit was $39.98.  The p&h for the two units was $32.97.  The items were shipped via USPS southern California to Central Calif. I returned the items via USPS and the Priority Mail cost was $10.78.  Obviously the company is covering the cost of the "free" second unit in their p&h.

The mini sweepers (manual operation) are a beyond JOKE!  The unit is advertised as great for picking up pet hair from furniture. It did not pick up one hair!  Masking tape rollers are far superior to this product.

The Swivel Sweeper does not have wheels.  It glides across the floor on four plastic sliders.  I ordered the replacement sliders offered at two sets (8 pieces total) for $7.99.  Even considering the pieces of plastic had to be custom made, the charge is outrageous for what you receive. $1.99 would have more than covered the cost.

The sweeper itself lacked power and the receptacle tray is very small compared to other sweepers.  The battery charger is separate from the unit so you cannot keep the battery installed while charging.

On the plus side, the clear plastic cover can be unlocked and removed.  This makes cleaning of the rollers much easier than other sweeper brands.

After I receive the credit for returning the units, I will have thrown away $43.75 p&h for an item I can now purchase at local stores(Bed, Bath & Beyond; Walgreens, As Seen on TV Store) where I would pay no p&h and return would also be free.  Someday I'll learn not to fall for these "As Seen on TV" specials! Moral of the story...wait until the item can be purchased locally or do without it!
