Syed Maidin Bin Syed Abdul Kadir Sold my car but the ownership was never transferred and I constantly receive police summonses to my home address under my name Petaling Jaya Selangor

I sold the car in early 2016 as Syed Maidin Bin Syed Abdul Kadir told me he has found a buyer who would buy my Proton Iswara WGN 5984, the car was sold and my ownership certificate and my identification photocopy have been given to him. I did now know at that time that fingerprint authentication is required for transfer of ownership.

About a year later I started receiving parking summonses by a city council in Malaysia. When I confronted him, he said he will settle the issue and work on the transfer and I did not have to worry about the summonses.

A year later I got multiple parking summonses from multiple city councils in Malaysia. At this time I decided to pursue a police report as I now know that I needed that fingerprint authentication for the transfer of ownership.

I tried contacting his workplace at Alpha Car Auto Centre, No.2, Jalan SS 22/21Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor but his boss said he was sick and has not been to work for a long time. At this point in time I was also notified by his boss that I was not the first case, but he has also sold a few other cars but the ownerships were not transferred and the other car owners were afraid if their cars were used for vice activities such as robbery or transporting illegal substances. 

If you have also been scammed by him please let me know, he is a very smooth talker. But I am trying to get my traffic record clean. He has been involved in some illegal activities according to his ex bosses, so if I were to confront him I need to do it with a few other people.
