sylmark inc. ripoff run around and lies

I ordered a shoe insert from an infomercial (that product still has not arived) I was billed for that transaction .about 30 days later I was billed 2 differant times for products I didnt ask for from a compony id never herd of .as it turns out the both are SYLMARK INC. as I tried to straiten this out with them(SYLMARK INC.)on their custemer service line%$#@&*%$>.all i got was run around and lies. SYLMARK INC. web page names mark bess as president ,a phone mess left for him went unanswerd. my situation is still unresolved
