Symakla Home Healthcare/ LaSonya Watson They don't pay Charlotte, North Carolina

I am not sure who posted this BOGUS comment on this website but it is NOT TRUE AT ALL. I have worked for this company since its inception and to be perfectly honest with you, it is a shame that people must LIE when they cant find anything positive to say about a black owned business.

To make up outlandish comments about the Administrator of the company and the company of Symakla itself it ridiculous. I wish people would do their research before they post fake information on a company.

First problem with this story is that there was no office in 2005 for an employee to come to as this person falsely accuses the company of.  My position with the organization has been one that has never had a problem with a paycheck nor have I or anyone else that I have known who has been here over 5 years ever not been paid that is truly a LIE we have always received a paycheck and never had a problem with it.

The Administrator has had so many people LIE and say they own this company and legal suits were filed against them, we have had several people lie and say that they changed the name of their company and they are partners with her just so they would not have to pay the employees they owed money. (A.M. is one person's initials and she knows who she is, she has lied about several companies in this area though, another one is S.A. are the other persons initials and fake nurse, lies about everything and steals company records, C.H. another persons initials that i know of that is a fake nurse, copies company records and faxes to highest bidder, these people are still affiliated with homecare in Charlotte, Gastonia, and other places.)

I dont appreciate someone trying to give our company a bad reputation because the Lord is blessing us. We are paid well, we get other things as incentives that we know for a fact that other homecare agencies are not given, we are provided with employee retreats and we are treated the way employees of a company should be treated, with respect.

I ask whomever is writing these fake rumors to stop it, there are other places a person can check for reliablity of this company and we hope that THESE FAKE LIES AND STUFF WILL NOT BE BELIEVED BY ANYONE. If you would like to we have plenty of TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE REFERENCES AS WELL AS A LEGAL TEAM THAT WILL PROVE THAT THE FAKE REPORT FILED IS JUST AS IT IS FAKE AND A BUNCH OF LIES. OUR ADMINISTRATOR , OUR OWNER, AND NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE WE STARTED HAVE ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT THE COMPANY.

I am gonna pray for that individual that felt as though he or she (which we feel like is an employee that was FIRED) had to file a false report to get some attention from somebody. 

As for this supposed to be person who knows so call background, i asked our owner and our administrator and neither of them release any information with regard to personal things and or they have always worked between themselves and will not allow a third or fourth person into any conversation. One thing i can say is that THAT PERSON IS A LIAR AS WELL!   THIS IS NOT A FAMILY BUSINESS as you say in your comment AND NO ONE DISABLED HAS EVER WORKED HERE & got away with anything llegal or crooked as your lie further states. Our record speaks for itself!!!!!! WE ARE A GREAT COMPANY, I ENJOY WORKING HERE AND WILL CONTINUE TO WORK HERE BECAUSE I KNOW YOU ARE LYING IN WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. If all of this was going on ask yourself do you think we would still be in business and prospering. 

STOP THE LIES PLEASE BECAUSE GOD HAS GOT US, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF WHO EVER YOU ARE. But you know what the next time you wanna file dates and information you might wanna make sure that it is correct first before you go posting information that apparently you know nothing about, or better yet why didnt you sign your name to the report, BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU LIED & YOU KNOW YOU DID.
